How to survive a Department of Labour visit - 14 May 2020

The Department of Labour has decided to audit around 80% of businesses in South Africa for compliance with labour legislation. The hospitality industry especially will be targeted in these compliance investigations.

This workshop will focus on what needs to be in place and what the employer’s rights are with regard to these visits.  Proper employment contracts form part of the requirements set by the Department, so this topic will also be covered.
