Looking for peace, serenity and silence?  Then you have found it!  Shondoro Mountain Retreat lies in  the magnificent Waterberg Mountains, secluded and deep in between the mountains.  Leave your stress behind and come and unwind in this beautiful setting, of mountains and plains views. The bird-watching is fantastic, the tranquility is tangible and the stars are amazing at night!

We offer 3 stone and thatch cottages.  One family cottage has 2 en-suite bedrooms (shower only).  There are 2 more cottages with one bedroom each and en-suite bathrooms (shower only). Each cottage has its own private braai boma and fully equipped ‘outdoor’ kitchen.  All cottages have aircons.

Luxury linen and towels are provided.  Each room has a complimentary tea and coffee tray for your enjoyment.  You can relax at the pool, go for a walk or even climb a mountain. 

Bring your mountain bike and experience one of the many trails on the farm.  Look out for Klipspringer, Mountain Reedbuck and Bushbuck while you enjoy the beautiful scenery.  It’s not hard to notice the birds and wild game that roam this property.
